Ian Bagnall

With over 30 years’ telecommunications expertise, Ian is responsible for all aspects of the company’s telecommunications accounts including the overseeing of all operational duties and managing/monitoring of all commercial aspects associated with these key accounts.

Ian is also responsible for monitoring resource, product development and strategy/business development - to ultimately manage and improve profitability in this highly competitive, ever changing sector.

Mark Powell

With over 25 years expertise working for Weatherite Air Conditioning, Mark is responsible for the day to day running of very busy projects, contracts and office teams, geared around quoting and delivering HVAC solutions to a wide range of clients in a number of key sectors. Mark works closely with both Steve Cartledge and Paul Griffiths to ensure the right equipment is quoted and delivered on time.

Vanessa Embleton

My role incorporates managerial costings and in particular analysing and interpreting figures to assist directors and managers achieve their business objectives.

My role also includes managing the Groups Accounts department and ensuring all regulatory requirements, of all statutory bodies, are adhered to.

Position: Control Panel Wirer

Duties include:

  • Wiring control panels, in the factory unit and also onsite, on occasion.

Candidates must have experience in BMS control panels, be able to read wiring schematic drawings and be willing to work out of town and on site.

Position: Contracts Engineer

 Duties Include:

  1. Managing projects, in all aspects, from initial enquiry, through order receipt to final project completion.
  2. Achieving required margin, on each project, through correct management of all aspects.
  3. Being flexible, in all areas of the role, to help achieve targets and grow the business further.

Candidates must have experience in managing fast-paced projects from £5k up to £350k, both from within the office environment and whilst on site, or travelling.

Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.  Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Access would be a bonus but is not essential as training can be given.

Experience in working within the retail or construction sectors is preferable but not essential.
