Carl Jenkins

Carl is Robert’s right hand man and has over 20 years’ experience in the business. As well as designing and configuring control systems, Carl also manages the day to day activities of a very busy production plant.

Robert Gibbs

As head of our team and, having worked for Weatherite Electrical for over 25 years, Robert has a vast amount of experience and technical know-how. If it’s anything to do with BMS, control panel configuration and motor control centres he will have the answer.

Paul England

Paul is responsible for dealing with all things re-active, whether that’s a jammed roller shutter, a broken automatic entrance door, damage caused by vandalism or a planned refurbishment programme for a multi-outlet retail chain. No two days are the same and a lot of Paul’s activities are carried out after normal office hours in order to minimalise disruption and premises downtime.

Robert Cooke

Robert is responsible for a very busy estimating department and ensuring quotes are produced and sent to each client as quickly as possible. By the very nature of his role, Rob has a vast knowledge of our industry as well as building regulations and the latest innovations entering the market. Robert and his team are acutely aware that they are often the first point of contact on technical issues and are always happy to discuss options and the best way of delivering a cost-effective, quality solution.

David Wilkes

A large part of my role involves generating new business opportunities and raising the profile of the business, both with existing and new customers. I am also responsible for managing the Estimating Department, monitoring and organising the input and output of quotations and making final decisions on overall margins. I ensure that resources and information are managed in the correct manner and in accordance with the company’s procedures. Part of my role also includes the management of the Repairs/Small works department, monitoring volume of call-outs and quoted works and making final decisions on overall margins. I set clear objectives for the team and make appropriate changes and improvements while ensuring our quality of service.

Dan Male

As Director, Dan has overall responsibility for all areas of the business but still likes to do the odd survey or oversee a particularly intricate installation. With a background in Architecture and design Dan is passionate about the business and his valuable workforce.

Kerry Walsh

With over 25 years’ experience, Kerry is responsible for administrating all financial aspects associated with ensuring the company operates efficiently and compliantly. As one would expect, from a busy ‘services’ related organisation, keeping everything operating efficiently is a challenge-but one Kerry manages with very little drama.

Lee Smart

With over 20 years’ experience, Lee is responsible for the smooth running of a busy service & maintenance department, located at the company’s head office in West Bromwich. From here, Lee is in constant contact with our UK service engineers’ base across the whole of the UK, making sure our engineers are keeping busy and looking after our clients HVAC systems.

Ricky Brookes

Ricky is responsible for driving the business forward and brings over 20 years HVAC service & maintenance experience to the company. Now in his 6th year, Ricky has been responsible for driving the business forward, developing profitable key accounts and improving the companies’ turnover and increasing profitability.
