The position entails:-

Providing support to the Group Accounts department with any required duties.

Duties include:

  1. Assisting with sales and purchase ledger duties.
  2. Effectively responding to and resolving account queries.
  3. Carrying out job and stock costings.
  4. Assisting with payroll duties.
  5. Coding, managing and maintaining invoices.
  6. Professionally dealing with inbound calls.
  7. Administrative duties such as filing and faxing.

Applicants should have:

  1. Experience of working in an accounts or finance department.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. A working knowledge of Pegasus Opera or Sage systems would be advantageous.
Files must be less than 3 MB.
