Nett sensible cooling takes into account heat gain from the fans and is based on typical external airflow resistance of 100Pa. 2. All free cooling units include a motorised damper on outside air & return air connections. 3. Electric heaters for dehumidification etc. are available to suit application. 4. Rooms require pressure relief devices when fresh air free cooling units are operating on full outside air mode. 5. Filters - G4 standard but higher efficiency pleated panel filters available. 6. Down-flow unit plinths are supplied separately and can be manufactured to suit varying floor void depths. 7. All units require a three phase and neutral power supply. 8. Direct Replacement cooling solutions We design and manufacture high efficiency ‘direct replacement’ units (DX and CW) to replicate the existing connection services - to ensure a quick, easy and cost efficient replacement. Internal components of existing equipment can also be upgraded/modernised for improved efficiency/output, where required. Containerised cooling solutions We offer a design and manufacture capability to suit the client’s physical and capacity requirements. We can manufacture the weatherproof housing and fit out with the necessary cooling system, electrical installation, fire suppression, etc - requiring the client to simply install their chosen IT equipment. Bespoke cooling solutions Weatherite can provide complete bespoke solutions that meet the client’s requirements exactly. Adiabatic cooling solutions Weatherite is in the final design stage of producing our packaged direct and indirect adiabatic cooling solutions. The adiabatic system can, if necessary, incorporate a DX standby/supplementary system.
